ReceiptWhere Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026. ReceiptWhere is provided by DuoNex AI LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("DuoNex", "we", "us").

1. The service

ReceiptWhere lets you collect, store, organise and find your own financial documents, such as receipts, invoices, card slips, refunds and credit notes. You can photograph or upload documents in the app, or forward them by email to your personal ReceiptWhere address. We read each document automatically to identify details such as the merchant, total, currency, date and payment method.

ReceiptWhere is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

2. Your account

3. Your documents

4. Automated reading and your responsibility

Details are read automatically and may contain errors: for example, a misread digit on a faded receipt. ReceiptWhere shows each detail next to the image of your document and marks details it could not confirm so you can check them. You are responsible for checking information before relying on it, for example for taxes, expense claims or bookkeeping. ReceiptWhere does not provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

6. Plans, limits and fees

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. Deletion removes your documents and data from our live systems immediately and from our backups within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end the service, or an account that breaks these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", especially during the beta. To the extent the law allows, DuoNex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on automatically read information you did not check, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use ReceiptWhere after that means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and disputes go to the courts of King County, Washington, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
